A Founder's Note.
For years, we were deep into self-growth: reading books, listening to podcasts, trying every new method. But if we’re honest, we weren’t consistent. We knew all the concepts, but we rarely followed through. Like many people on this journey, we were stuck in learning mode without taking real action.
What finally changed everything was building a simple daily habit. And even more than that, finding people who were on the same path. For the longest time, we were doing it all alone. And no matter how much you consume, growing in isolation only gets you so far.
But when you're surrounded by like-minded people, people who get it, who support you, who push you to show up - something clicks.
That’s why we created Breakness and The Break Squad. To help you grow a little every day, and to make sure you never have to do it alone again.
